L in the garden we sent off on Thursday, dreading the journey, from what I have heard immigration can take hours and there is heavy snow forecast so as we in the "out of town" airport expecting long drive
Hosta, hope you enjoying not moving woodchip!
Pdoc have fab time, mine is a "sea breeze" please!
DD it was very brave if your to write so openly I hope it helped. previous comments have wisely confirmed that a doc can help in difficult circumstances Get help before you sink too low. This too will pass and brighter times are ahead but that is hard to believe when your world is so dark. Good luck.
Have got all the packing done, three cases!!! Will probably only need one to come back lol

DD. My thoughts are with you. Been there myself, so I do understand. The Psychologist I was referred to, really helped me get things back into perspective, so if your GP recommends that you see one, I'd give it some serious thought. One of the things he recommended was to keep a little notebook handy, and to write things down. Also, as you work your way through things, write down five (if possible) things that make you happy. Eg your lovely little Charlie and what a joy he is.
Enough. I'm sure you're sick of us all telling you what to do. Best wishes to you.
DD, so very sorry to hear you're feeling so low. I agree with what others have said, please go and see your Dr. The right pills for you will help see you through this rough time. Take care, my very best wishes to you and Charlie, big hugs xx
Thinking of you DD - hope the doc appointment helps you find a way through. Don't underestimate how much you have been/are going through - its a big deal, and we're all rooting for you.
Can't see outside yet, but the blast of air coming through the door feels icy - guessing we've had a frost❄️❄️❄️
Watched Sherlock last night - so mind spent ages trying to piece together all the bits I missed/misunderstood at the time, instead of sleeping like it should
Have a great trip LilyP. Customs at St P in September was reasonably painless, so fingers crossed you get a good day In Moscow. So exciting to be seeing little one for the first time, and bigger ones too
Dd ((hugs)) sorry that you!re feeling overwhelmed but pleased that you have good friends who are looking out for you. Hope your appointment is a helpful starting point to reassure you that you will get yourself back on balance.
Clari good luck. Rather you than me.
Chicky, not watched Sherlock yet as my concentration levels are under par. Watched Endeavour instead and that was enough of a strain.
Hope coughs, eyes and aches are much reduced today.
