Welcome back to the relatively safety Hosta. I hope you get to spend the rest of your holiday time on some lovely days out. Or a last minute hotel somewhere nice perhaps...
Car insurance renewal just popped through the post... ouch!
My back seems to be playing up at the minute. So I shall lay down here for an hour til his lordship comes home. I need to pack bags in a bit and get some jobs done.
To be honest, I've got so many chores in the garden, I just can't wait to get stuck in. No rain forecast for the next week and " The Boys" have brought 4 loads of woodchip while we've been away.
Nice to be able to get on without having to factor in Coal Face duties.
tee hee Dove, I might have popped in earlier to show off my ridiculously good tan.
I'm on holiday leave and it has to taken before the end of the month. The only way they could ask me to work is if they offered "overtime" at "time and a half". No chance of them doing that.
We're planning to potter in the garden together and maybe head to Rosemoor for a day out.
Glad they won't be calling you back in Hosta. Holidays are so precious (and usually well overdue).
I attempted house work and gave in. An evening of RESTING *gasp* and *even bigger gasp* his lordship is making supper! So I will lay here and try to work out what to do with my catus plant so it looks lovely in the guest room (you know... when we have a guest room).
Glad you're back safe and looking forward to getting out in the garden, Hosta. I must admit that when you first mentioned that there were rumours of unrest I thought it would come to nothing. What do I know eh?
'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.'
Sorry about the AWOL status, settling into new job and trying to juggle very little time for me! loving the job though
Been popping in to read a bit on here but there's so much that has happened, I don't stand a chance of recalling.
Hope Lilyp is having a lovely time
Glad BusyL, Dove, Hazel, Clari and lurgy crew are on the mend
Big Hugs to DD the amazingly motivated and inspiring lady! Remember you are allowed to be human too! Xx
Welcome home Hosta and OH!!!! Core! you do make us worry! Enjoy your pottering around the garden uninterrupted! I believe the best holidays are at home! X
Hello to everyone, hope all are well and happy, I'm going pottering about the garden at the weekend to look for signs of spring! Roll on the weekend!
