I hope hosta and hubby get home safely, you could come to South Africa its 37 today and i got up early to wash our mg before it got to hot, then i was going to clean my wormery out, but i am sitting in doors with the window slightly open and the curtians drawn. The worse thik is our swimming pool pump has packed in so no swimming, can you please send me some cooler weather
Yes, you're right Hazel. Yesterday afternoon, I was sitting inside playing jigsaws on my iPad and trying to keep up the water when I suddenly felt all trembly. I thought about it and realised I had missed lunch because I wasn't hungry when I was so hot. Anywat, I took some leftover food from the freezer, warmed it up in the blessed microwave, ate it all, and felt fine afterwards Hubby, said you're having lunch at 4? !!! It's only a couple of hours til dinner. Needless to say, when I explained, he was mollified. I still managed dinner about 6.30 though.
I am so tired of feeling sticky and sweaty all the time. It's just like being back in Darwin all these years later
im very glad that Hosta is on his way to the airport. Shabout havingbto cut his lovely holiday short, but the alternative doesnt bear thinking about.

We're all waiting with baited breath to hear that they are safely back home.

The bus is here. We're on our way.
Thanks for the warm wishes and kind thoughts one and all.

Do you get reimbursed for the time you've missed, since it was unavoidable?
Anyone seen Bushman since New Year? Is he just combining it with Burns Night perhaps!
7 degrees here. Positively balmy. Or is that barmy? Can't quite decide. Better than temps in March or April....
