Thought it was excessively cold last night. When I took his lordships cup of tea to his side what did I find? ALL THE DUVET. I'd be bunkered down with the dog blanket. Brr!
Funny you say that Dove it's a popular choice in Norway. I actually used to have two singles on my double bed but his lordship didn't think it romantic enough so we had to switch to a king-size with king size duvet. I'm thinking of a few decent weights sewn into my side!
Must dash, Halloween Party to organise today (I know 5 days late, don't ask, the French have not quite grasped the idea yet, Toussaint gets in the way), anyway, all week I have been doing all the preparations, there are over 70 children coming for 3 hours so I am desperately hoping all the weird and wonderful games we've planed will keep them out of mischief. So busy running around getting everything prepared I forgot to sort out my own costume and now I can't find it anywhere, well only the red tights, not quite enough to create an effect, well the right effect anyway.
This morning I am decorating 109 cupcakes (can't even begin to explain how we got to need 109) but hoping they will look like ghosts, Frankensteins and pumpkins, but we'll see. My friend is helping but she 'doesn't do icing', we will have fun one way or another.
Then as soon as the party is over I have to go to my first school council meeting, which will probaaly go on until around 11 pm, so a full day today.
I have got my bulbs in my pots though and the pansies look jolly.

Just remembered what a very 'together' friend once told me - a king size bed and two double duvets (one each) is the only way.
