Duck was a delightful treat. Now in bed with a mug of tea.
I'm trying to decide what it says about a town near to me that the family planning clinic opening times are during office hours with just two hours a week (17:00 - 19:00) for those that work (nearby one presumes).
I suppose everyone around here must work so hard they're too tired for nookie so don't need to worry about such precautions.
Good luck with the new job Wonky Tell us all about it later
Well its light (hooray) but so foggy I can't see anything out the windows (boo). Saw the weeks weather forecast yesterday Dove, and promptly got all my babies in the greenhouse.
London today, so might catch up with you all later from my train????
Oh crikey, Chicky, I haven't checked the forecast and I didn't get around to potting up my pelargoniums at the weekend. It's been so mild here we're not even lighting the woodburner yet and my troughs out front are all still going strong. On the other hand, my pansies are probably sick of sitting waiting in the greenhouse so perhaps that had better be my priority job for the day. Just hate consigning all the surfinias, etc to the compost heap!
Welcome Beanpole and Thankthecat I noticed yesterday.
Sunny and bright here, bit chilly for now but forecast nice for later. Have bought bulbs and compost so hoping to actually get them in my 'new' pots , but I am extremely busy (again) today.
Have a good day all, especially WW in the new job.

The adult skinks have worked out a keen way to warm up in the morning sun.
One on the wall wall under the fly traps (which I haven't yet emptied
) and one on the bridge.
I don't blame them Pat!

such precautions would not be needed if we all went to bed with mug of tea instead of a twinkle in ones eye
thank you for the welcome, I'm fond of the organic green tea. Although it's strictly decaff for me as caffeine gives me itchy ears, drives me bonkers
Hi the beanpole, pleased to meet you.
IT'S GOT TO BE YORKSHIRE TEA!
*raises Yorkshire flag, dofs flat cap and salutes a painting of a whippet stood on top of a slap heap of Yorkshire puddings*
Good morning all
G'day Pat
Welcome aboard to The Beanpole
Mug of coffee being taken here
in bed peering out at the foggy morning.
Its going to get colder from tomorrow - I need to move the canna and other tender plants NOW! Or at least, when I've had a few more mugs of coffee ...
Wonky
Have a brilliant day (( hugs))
