    Planted 6 large and 6 small sunflowers and a tomato and cayenne chilli last night. Ready to go into the propogator.. I hope they do well!!..

    Finished ground for parsnips, did some weeding, found a place for a blackcurrant bush.image

     Bought 80 small begonia bedding plant plugs from an online seller and they had a slight packing error so we got a further 80 for free. Good thing we have the space to plant them when they are big enough. Photos will be taken in a few months time

    Planted the blackcurrant bush and planted a few wallflowers that were left over.

    Started taking 2 or 3 feet off the beech hedge....  just a start for now but not going to be a small job ?

    imageI don't know what these are... but they are weeds to me and they have been (forceably) removed.

    Wow you guys have been busy.  I've been sowing seeds, fighting against the rose bush leaving me with war wounds (I think I won but only time will tell) and hoping to prune hydrangeas and others as well as giving them a good feed.

     Is that a grass?  Looks like one the prolifically self seeds in my garden.
