Enjoyed my reunion with Charlie, had to play it down obviously, but so good to just have him hanging around the place making it untidy.
I managed to set his computer up yesterday too (bit of a confrontation with OH over it which wasn't pleasant) but it seems to be all working and Charlie is happy with it.
I******g this morning and teaching this afternoon in Charlie's school, new kids, so hope that goes ok, they are only age 3, I don't expect much out of them but will try and make it fun.
Welcome back BL, see you soon.
Must dash, walking Charlie to school, good day to all.
PS - congratulations Steve on the 5K, great achievement.

More rain here - can I send it to you Dove ...and BL? We're fed up with it now...'pure scunnered' is the term
DD - ahh the confrontations. You clearly got round that very well. Well done chuck!
Enjoy the three year olds. Having done that, not sure it's possible....
I forgot to do my 'celebration' cake one year until early December. I soaked the fruit then didn't get a chance to do it that day so soaked the fruit again. Brilliant. Always did it that way after that, until fairylet took over. Even better result...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Need a trip to the supermarket, but mustn't buy food for me! I always put on weight when we go to England. Must be something in the air! Or could it be the real ale?
Going to Bordeaux tomorrow, early, inauguration of our new Chaplain, then friends are coming to stay on Sunday.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Lizzie you'll soon work off any weight - you're rarely still. Yvie, your journey home was certainly memorable. I reckon an alarm clock will go on the packing list next time
Obelixx enjoy your holiday. It will certainly be full on when you get back
Pat I hope you get a bit more rain but perhaps not the flooding. Pixel won't want to go out in that.
Fed up with this shoulder problem so I phoned GP for a non-urgent appointment ... 7.45am this Monday ... Booked
The radio news have just announced that Princess Anne is unwell and has cancelled next week's engagements and has had tests in hospital - I'm not a monarchist - much more of a republican, but have always thought well of her - hardworking, sensible and stoic - it's not like her to cancel stuff
Oh, just heard - it's a chest infection - that's what comes of staying at Balmoral in the summer - am I right Fairy?

Glad you're going to see GP about your shoulder Dove.
