    Thanks aym image

Amazon lily is Eucharis. It very easy to grow and grows in full shade .mine is under a very dense mango tree(shrub actually)

I am afraid, I haven't heard about your problem. Went to my granny's village for a couple of days so wasn't online. 7.75 pound is waaaaaayyyy expensive. Here maximum cost is 2£ that too, double and blooming.

Freesia for me do best in loamy soil that is slightly more sandy. Also add lot of potassium fertilizer (either KCl or ash). They spread on their own.I wish I was there. Here, am getting daf bulbs online for 1£ each and I can't be sure if they are small or big. They might even be dry.

Aym, eucharis has white petals. But it looks like your pic. Mind should open by Tom. Then I will share a pic. What's a McCoy? Google tells me it's some type of planter. Is it special?

Burning a bunch of twigs should do the work but better if u collect from someone's fireplace. You can also burn dry grass, leaves or dry hay.

Btw just gave my fav. Nursery another visit. Bought this stuff.

Aym, I totally get what you mean. Haha. It's the same every where. The english we use in india, has some terms which any non indian won't understand. image

Touch me not is a leguminous plant so I have planted 1 strawberry plant with it. Let's see how well it does

    Your welcome, Aymimage

If you like scented plant than do try tuberose.

Sorry, never grown ginger at home.

Yes Aym, we do use lot of ginger. India accounts for 1/3 of the total ginger produced in the world but I live on the edgo of a warm desert. Ginger requires humid climate and we have very dry one here. Besides, it's dirt cheap so why bother.

I never heard of adding water to oil when frying something. What could be the possible reason?

Aym, you should give ginger a try. I bet you have twice the amount of humidity we have.

I honestly can't wait to see your's and everyone else's spring blooms, especially tulips.image please share lots of pics.

I have also ordered some large daffs, imported from Holland according to the supplier. But I won't be surprised if I get narcissus minnow or dried up bulbs or rotten bulbs or non narcissus bulbs. But still I wanna risk it. Just go t the message 'your product has been dispatched' . if lady luck smiles on me this year I might have my first ever hyacinth and daffodil blooms.image

Btw, if any of your spring bulbs have started sprouting out of ground, do share the pic if you can. image please.
