Good Night to those of you still awake. I've just woken to a very heavy frost. Good excuse to lay in bed a bit longer.

    Morning all.

Another day at the coal face then heading "up country" for a couple of days to help Hubby at a job. NOT looking forward to it. I can think of much better ways to fill in 3 days. image

Hi Lilyp, I don't know the program you mentioned. Is it a travel show?

re election, the govt closed our school so we had to do a postal vote and now they are saying it'll take until Friday to get through the one million postal votes. Hopeless!

Morning all. We are back in France since yesterday early evening. The plane was 1h30 late due to late take off because of heavy rain in the London area.

Friend who house sat the last week had made us dinner, pork curry.

Garden has grown so much. OH mowed the flower garden lawn last night after dinner, in the dusk! The big yellow achillea is usually chest height, it's taller than me! Some of the Dahlias are out. There was rain and not as warm as usual.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Morning.

Sunshine so I think some gardening might get done. If I can finish hacking back and get the lawn cut I can do a bit of planting next week to fill the gaps.

Have a good one everybody image
