Piddling  it down here. Centre court roof will be on.  The only time I went to Wimbledon, it siled it down all day, and stopped 10 minutes before we had to get the bus back.

Morning all. We're meant to be scrubbing the house today ready for family visiting tomorrow for a BBQ...

... apologies for any thunderstorms and high winds in Yorkshire we'll take the blame for mentioning the idea of a BBQ!

Sorry Joyce Clari and Fidget. Didn't see you there

    BBQ Clari!?!?!

Fidget this time last year it was so hot! I was round the corner from you helping with newborn!

Joyce we are preparing for the heavy traffic thro the village on its way to golf.  Had been going to take gd to Fairy Trail but think it might be a bit trickyimage

Morning all/afties Pat. Yes - what you need is a teenager  image

Wet here too. I knew I should have made the effort to cut the grass last night...image

I blame Andy and Roger.. I had to lie down in a  darkened room after those matches. Worn out with the tension! image

Superb play though. I think I'll try and get a walk tomorrow even though the forecast's rubbish...I'll never cope with the final image

My Dad lived quite near Wimbers when he was young. He said no one made a big fuss about the tournament then - different times!

    Morning

Enjoyed the tennis yesterday - the Federer match was good but the result was wrong, Murray match a bit dull but the result was right. Hey ho - looking forward to tomorrow.

Meanwhile I must do some jobs today - SM, grass cutting, dead heading, bit of hwk - better get out of bed then image

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

I'm pleased to see Raonich in the final T'bird. Roger's not match fit etc but the big lad took his chances well. I think he's a great future prospect for big things.image

I'm quite enjoying being in bed - now that I have one!  image

    Morning all.

Rubbish sleep again last night, just when I thought I'd got the hang of it. image

Low misty cloud and breezy again. I need some good hot sun on my old bod.

Work tomorrow so lots to do today.

    Devon.
