Apologies Muddle-Up. I had not heard that Jo Cox's death had anything to do with the referendum and wondered why you had posted on this particular thread, Has what you've reported above been confirmed officially?
Papers all desperate to get ahead of each other over this senseless killing. Conclusions and inference before facts. The CIA have reported the Orlando shooter has no connection with ISIS. Which is a good reminder of how much the media love to spin a story.
I am shocked and saddened about the MP for Birdsall in Yorkshire who was murdered today whilst canvassing her electroate.. Jo Fox was a mum of 41 and she was cut down in a senseless attack and died of her wounds in hospital. I am told both camps have suspended Electioneering as a mark of respect.. A 56 yr old man is in custody.. How awful that someone should feel so insenced that they could do such a thing, I understand a constituent a 74 year old man was also stabbed in the incident..
I'm sorry if I upset you again Muddle Up but I genuinely had no idea that poor Jo Cox died in an incident related to the referendum and thought it likely that others didn't either. I was simply trying to explain why we had ignored your original post.
I am horrified by what happened as is every decent human being on this earth I should imagine. When will people learn that violence and hatred is never the answer.
