I wasn't here early enough! Snap RB! I have parsnips like yours in the end of my veggie garden. We didn't eat them all and I didn't get round to digging them up. Magnificent. Wonder if they'll seed themselves. My perpetual spinach seeded itself last year, it was all over the place.
Had a good lunch with my son and the grandson's, 2 and 1, were adorable.
Was 25° today, have been watering the pots, even though it rained yesterday for an hour or so.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Row of parsnips going to seed?
Oops sorry evening everyone.
Have been on Nanna duty today. Had lots of cuddles and giggles.
Hope all poorly peeps are on the mend, sending best wishes to you all.
RB, Son is remarkably ache free. He did sleep well the next day!! So far he has raised £1, 465
It's very muggy here this evening and there is a thick mist coming down over the fields at the back.
Off for a cuppa, TTFN x
I often have odd veg gone to seed. There is a stray onion in the courgettes patch. I will leave it, it's useful for attracting pollinators.
Don't you like eating parsnips or did you grow too many?

Leeks are lovely if you let them flower, too. Must remember the parsnip trick...
