I haven't been coming on the forum so much recently so I not up to date, sorry to read Pansys been banned, and I like to wish her a speedy recovery. All the best for the future pansy take care of yourself.
I havent seen Verdun on the forum for a long time either has he been banned aswell?
I haven't been on because I've only now woken up. I really miss all the lovely friendly and funny comments. It's strange how it's always the weekend that something goes wrong on the site - just when I'd like to tap in now and then through the day.
my best wishes to Pansy, as I said earlier. Hopefully the treatment isn't too awful.
Hi Hosta. I've been very lonely today with everyone being off-line for the weekend. Hubby has been visiting our friend Rolf - here keeps tabs on him every day to make sure he's OK.
its very cool and dark today - 3.30pm here. Back onto my iPad playing jigsaw puzzles and thinking about knitting. I hope you enjoy your warm tunnel and cab get back to sleep.
I wish Dove were here I'm sure Verdon said he was taking a break but my memory isn't good enough to be sure. Dove would know instantly!
Lots of faces I don't recognise posting on the forum this weekend; nice to not see them swamped with nonsense but a shame I don't know all the answers yet to help them!
Hosta; don't get too hot!
Pat; enjoy the rain! Isn't it funny how we long for it in the summer then come autumn... yuck!
Pat; perils of working in a haunted building! I will be working my normal shift then 'volunteering' to stay all night so people can come and investigate the ghosts that reside. At least I didn't have a scout group last night at the museum so I got a decent nights sleep. Sometimes I don't see my partner for several days!
The weather report is threatening 24'C today! But right now it's grey and miserable. Not quite as grim as yours though Pat.
Right I'd best get to work! (via the supermarket to stock up on snacks)
Hello Everyone, just checking in after a run of night shifts. Don't know how you manage 20 hours Clarington, I'm feeling tired after a mere 12 hours.
I'm hoping to get out out in the garden later, after a nap. OH is laying the patio today, but I'm still hoping to get a bit of potting on done. The weather is still dull here, but a little warmer than the last few days, which has led me to choose knitting over outdoor activities too, Pat.
Hope Hosta and Dove had fun together.
As a new forum user, I don't know Pansyface, but I send you support and good wishes for your treatment.
Hello Sunshine Smiler. I must admit that I only just realised that I didn't get out to the garden at all today, which is a first for me. It's now very dark out there and 6.35pm. We've just finished dinner and getting ready for an evening of TV. Not sure what, but the choices are limited. We might have to resort to recorded shows.
Ive been sending mental healing thoughts to Pansyface.

Morning Pat.
5am and I've been awake for an hour. Tea, then head for the tunnel. Should be warmish in there even at this time of day.
Have a lovely weekend one and all.

Hi Clari. I don't know how you can do a long shift like that.
Yes, I'm missing Dove too, but she has earned a bit of peace and a nice holiday.
its so dark today, that the night light in the ensuite has come on even with the curtains open.
Dontbwork too hard.
