    Good morning all image

Steady soft rain all night here and a warm night - just what's needed for the seeds I sowed yesterday.

Meeting with brother and solicitor today re probate, so at least I'm not missing a gardening day.

Morning all. A few more hours sleep would be nice. I think perhaps another doctors visit is due. If I start trying now I might get an appointment by August. It scares me to think how strained the GP services are.

Don't forget to vote if you're eligible.

    Morning all.

Fabulous sunny morning so the new bed should be planted today.

I echo the " few more hours sleep would be nice"

No strain on Docs' services here mercifully. I can see my GP on the day I phone.

Don't forget to vote, and if you don't vote, don't dare complain about the outcome, EVER.

    Morning Dove.

I'll take some photos, but unless " the powers that be" change the settings, I can't post them on here any more.

I'm afraid I'm not faffing about re-sizing the file size on my laptop just to suit this forum. Life's too short for that sort of malarky.

Good luck with the solicitors. It'd be nice to " get closure" once and for all eh?

Just been to exercise my democratic right - in torrential rain, accompanied by flashes of lightning and rumblings of thunder.  Matched my mood ....feel like I am watching all the wrong sort of history being made and it is scaring me it witless.

Lets hope the sun'll come out tomorrowimage

Morning all, what a night! Thunder, lightning and torrential rain until about 2:30 am. Dread a closer inspection of the garden , from what I can see at the moment the Poppies, Foxgloves and Dahlias look rather bedraggled and very sorry for themselves. Hope to sow some biennials today after casting my vote.

Hosta, you are very lucky getting a quick Dr's app.! To see my own GP its normally a 6-8 wk wait, of course in an emergency I can usually get to see another Dr but not my own. Still mustn't grumble as we are very lucky to have the NHS.

Have a good day everyone x

Chicky - I know absolutely how you feel.

Hosta if you want to post some photos on here you could email them to me then I can post them easily from my phone. I post all my pics from my phone now rather than faff around resizing them.
