Hi Dove. It interesting that your cough is hanging on after a cold. I've been short of breath since a cold a couple of months ago, and the Dr ordered a chest x-ray and a breathing test on a machine for me. I'm to see her again in a week or so. Otherwise Alls well here.

Chicky enjoy your train journey - great to be able to look into people's gardens. I especially like the allotments and the ingenuity of peoples' sheds/greenhouses.
Dove hooe the cough clears up soon. Self medication with hot toddies might be called for.

Dove - that sounds very much like the lurgy I had - the cough just wouldn't go. My 'normal' colds always start with a cough and I thought it was the same, but it went on and on even when the cold arrived. I never went to the doc, but perhaps it's worth going?

Good morning, nice to wake up without any pressing issues to address for once.
My friend is going to stay over at another friend's for the rest of the week so I am dropping her off there later this morning and then I don't have to be anywhere until 17:30 - but the house does look a bit bombsite ish, I might just give it a flick around, but then again I might not.
Hope the cough improves Dove.

I had to fight my way through Vera last night. I thought I'd do a Dove and hit the sack at 8.30. Glad I didn't as Hubby called at 10 to wish me good night.
I think I might have had 8 hours sleep!!!!!!
Dreech old day out, more rain overnight . Lots to do before work tomorrow.
