Good to see you Pansyimage Best wishes!

Yippee the sun is out to play today! It's been raining here all week.

still don't like the new format and it's not any easier on my phone and its quite a new one. Not that i would post on there as the keys are quite small.

I'll try and download a pic......a very proad mummy today. My son did a night ride in London for charity last night.

Don't think it's worked, will have another go after posting this, or i will probably lose it allimage Still fed up with all this scrolling too.

    Have a lovely day everyone.

Lilly; the paintings are fine it's the manikins around the building that disturb me when I set up camp! Not one has a nice face!

    Star: wow what a ride!

Wow Pat, how beautiful, I've dabbled at watercolours in the past but nothing like that.  Such detail.

Sorry, I forgot my manners, morning all, just got a bit carried away with Pat's paintings.

Looking like it's going to be a beautiful day here.  Will be pottering in the garden, lawn mowing to do but nothing else major.  Planted up posts for secondborn yesterday, they will cheer up the outside of her new house.  The inside still leaves a lot to be desired but it's a work in progress and I'm sure they will get there in the end.

Clari, you must be bonkers, I've had some long hours at work, Corporate after show parties finishing at 1.30 followed by 7.a.m. breakfast meetings, but I've never actually slept on site.  Do they know what a gem they have?

Morning all, afternoon Pat, beautiful pictures! So detailed!

Hosta, hope you have a good shift at work, such a shame you can post pictures anymore, its a real faff for me too now, have to resize etc and I use my tablet. I'm hoping Dove took some pictures around your garden image

Pdoc, enjoy planting day! Thought I was on the Chelsea design challenge program when I heard it was planting day, image I have a few plans for tweaking in my own garden today image

Lilyp, enjoy your day of sophisticated culture at the art gallery, don't do what I do and take your gardening fingernails image I made chicken and veg kebabs in honey/mustard glaze spicy king prawn kebabs, homemade coleslaw, spicy chicken thighs, garlic bread and black forest gateau.....there is a lots of washing up that everyone, including me will ignore until they want food again, hopefully that will be about 3 days! image

Pub lunch sounds lovely BusyL,  im Always the caterer! Even for BBQs which I thought was a mans territory!

Flowers, I always have rubbish weather for my days off in the garden, the trick is to book short notice when you have seen the weather forecast! image enjoy your holiday!

SGL, well done to your son! He must be pooped! Think maybe he deserves a bit of pampering image

Clari, think spooky mannequins stood around as I slept would unnerve me too! Not as much as when I woke though! image

Yvie, morning, did you manage to get pictures uploading without resizing in the end? Hope you have a nice day in the garden

Morning to all those that aren't around yet, Dove, hope you are enjoying your holiday x

Morning to Pansy, I'm gonna try to remember to type in bold, forgot the capitals this time but I will get there!

Doing something drastic in the garden today, not sure what yet but it does involve drinking coffee and stark g at the garden from the kitchen window for a while....planning they call it but I'm thinking of creating a new bed and some screening which involves lifting turf.....I'm exhUsted already! Maybe another coffee?image

Thank you Clari and Wonks image

When he phoned this morning he sounded more awake than me lol. His Dad has gone to meet him off the train. Quite a ride home again from the station!  He said he felt ok, but i bet the aches kick in this afternoon! He hasn't really riden a bike for years and only got this one the end of January. So really proud of him.

    Wow lovely pics Pat.
