Morning all/afties Pat. Nice visitors  image

I'm really saying nowt about the whole  'hokey cokey' fidget, other than -  we'll have another referendum up here now. image

But does it mean we can now build a wall to keep Mr Trump out? image

Been damp here, but supposed to be heavier rain later. Work till lunchtime then I might get some more things done. Digging  and putting my fence post in if the ground's a bit softer.

    Have a good day everyone.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

But to deal with even more immediate issues - the forecast is fine for our rose viewing - and I will get the bedlinen on the line in a few minutes image

    Morning All,

Woke up to a very scary thunderstorm - and that was just the weather, then I saw the news. image Keep calm and carry on is the best phrase I can think of for the moment, but I see myself applying for French citizenship asap, unfortunately have to wait another 3 years yet.As if I haven't got enough uncertainty to worry about in my life right now. But, at least the garden had a good water. image

Enjoy your day out with the roses ladies, glad to hear the forecast is good. image

Good day to all, h*******k here, B&B full again. image

UK leaves EU and the £GBP falls to its lowest level for over 30 years. I hope those who voted Leave are looking forward to interest rates rising and your mortgage costing more.

Hello again all. Just back from town to take Hubby to Dr for results of unltrasound of his knee. I was worried they would refer him to a surgeon, but they are just going to leave it for now,

Fidget, our Roos won't let us too close - probably about 20 feet away and so long as we do t stare at them, they just sit up and watch what we are doing. No barking owls here as far as I know.

Morning all, sunny here. Looking forward to the rose morning with Dove and Topbird. I didn't manage to get up in time to get my washing into the machine to put it on the line, unlike Dove!

Slept badly as OH snored and wriggled and kept getting up to see how the referendum was going. He's very depressed about it. Apart from the bigger issues it means his pension has gone down as the £ has fallen against the € and his shares have collapsed. He's worrying about his future health care if we stay in France.

Morning friends image  - afternoon Pat!

Grin and bear it indeed...  had radio on for 30 secs this morning and that was enough.  Good thing I've got lots to do today.  image

    Indeed, Hosta.

Seriously depressing news.    Speechless - well not really but can't say anything polite about the people who voted out last night and am so very sorry for those who have to live with the consequences which will affect so many levels of life and opportunity for generations to come and not just in the UK.
