Salvia Royal Bumble and anemone Pink Cinderella 50p each at B&Q. In homebase today, I negotiated a rather bedraggled clematis Julia Correvon for a donation in the charity box. Resul!
Wow aym that sounds like my kinda shop, bet you are chuffed with all your new babies and at bargain prices too ? Sounds like a lovely assortment...your knowledge really helps you to choose what you want to take home ? No doubt you will be busy now, getting them all settled for winter?
i picked up a few packets of 1/2 price bulbs, and a cheap pot, so hopefully both together will brighten the patio in spring. i've not been on here last two days as at work and it was full on,so too pooped in the evening, plus our guest is still here....did sneak off to bed early to catch up on emails...
That is a great philosophy aym, i'm sure you will take grand care of them and they will reward you when they bounce back?
Glad to hear you haven't had any fighting, thats not nice for anyone concerned.
The arch is in the ground, am thinking if i plant rose (don't have one yet) to the left side, in the ground, the hubbys dog less likely to tiddle up it, as she-shed would be beside it.....or i plant rose in big pot?
i will ask my friend what her lilac one is called, but that would be too big for my arch, as it climbs the side of her house....i fancy a peach/apricot one, have a few names on paper somewhere that folk on here suggested, very kind of them..
going to be cold for a few days, hope all your babies are wrapped up ?

Mine has introduced a small bit of Halloween stuff but still has gardening out so 10p silly season sales must be close
