My best sleeping experience was at the dentist. I had spent the years from 10 to about 28 having to be shot with tranquiliser darts and caged before appointments. It was truly awful.I was a shambles...and then I found the best dentist in the world! She talked me down from the ceiling and over the years we have worked very hard together to keep both my teeth and my sanity. Our major triumph came when one day I dozed off during root canal work! This may not sound like much to you but to me and my family and friends and relations and neighbours and previous dentists and all who took part in the dark times it is nothing short of a miracle! image Go Miss Jones!!!

    Current status.

I keep looking at seeds on seedsaholic; buying seeds doesn't break my no plants rule til the garden is done right?

Has anyone has opinion on the company? Should I avoid them?

    See original post

I always buy from either that one or Premier seed Direct and Just seed.

Morning all, lovely day here today. We are off the garden centre today, as soon as I can get my hubby out of bed. Yes, he is of the "I can sleep anywhere, any time, for as long as I like" brigade. So annoying. In fact, when I used to go to the Isle of Wight to look after my mother, I had to set my alarm to wake me up, to phone him to wake him up for work!!

Thank you all for you best wishes on our anniversary. I like the idea of a pergola image. Maybe I'll just leave him sleeping and take his credit card ....image.  Have a fun day, whatever you do.

    Afternoon all.

Lovely day here, although very humid. It is one of those rare days, when OH has decided she would like to help [ 2nd time this year ], in what she calls " her garden ", where apparently I am employed as the hired help!

Am starting to place Canna pots, in a hopefully artistic manner, before digging big holes for them to go in. I am kidding myself, that I am designing a Chelsea border.

How can you lie there and think of England
When you don't even know who's in the team

Oh RB. You are my long lost twin! I've ruined Lloyd Cole and the Commotions for my pal. My version of the lyrics are good but not right!

Nothing nothing nothing would make me go on a cruise! If I always get the nutter on the bus, just think how many nutters I couldn't get rid of on a b****y thing that size!

pp, I'm with you on that one.

Is it just me who thinks it looks like a floating prison block? Suppose in many ways, that's what it is.

    No thanks.
