image  Remember last year we had a robin who would take mealworms from our hand?  Well his nestlings must have hatched as he's been in the garden shouting at us - the mealworms arrived in the post yesterday and today he was taking them from my hand, straight off.  image  Can't stand out there all day with mealworms in my outstretched palm - got to go to tennis in a few mins so I've put some in a dish on the chair on the terrace and left OH in charge image

Glad he's back, Dove, I remember him.

Glad you're back Beaus Mum. Have you been busy?

I've come in for a cuppa. Been planting onion sets.

    Good morning all, hi Patimage

Oh what a beautiful morningimage.  Dove, that Robin knows where he's well off - no wonder he came backimage.

Lovely to see you here again Beaus.  Make the most of this lovely weatherimage.  We are hoping to get the grass cut this afternoon (when it's dried off).  When I say 'we' I mean OHimage.

    Lovely picture Patimage.

Fairy is there a finish date for building work to look forward to?  It's a shame builders have trouble recognising grass and plantsimage.

Good afternoon everybody , nice and sunny been in Garden , just had lunch , thinking about a little nap before cutting lawns , should have dried by now

I use to have trouble sleeping when working because I was always thinking about the next days schedule , however , learn to have a filling cabinet in mind I would put the next day's problem in there and close it , probably seems strange but it worked for me

Hope you are all having a nice sunny day image

Hello everyone. I've not been able to post because it would have been rude to sit tapping away while our son wanted to chat.  Now that I'm happily ensconced in bed with the electric blanket comforting my back, I can do as I please. We had 4 degrees this morning, but the day was ok. Bright moonlight out there tonight. (Glad we've got good curtains.)   I can see fog rising from the river.  I've put hort fleece over my chilli plants which are full of lovely green long fruit, but no sign of red yet, so I'm hoping to extend the warmth a bit longer to get a ripe crop. I'm not too confident though.

catch you all tomorrow. Hosta, I hope you have a better nights sleep.image

One of the funniest nights of my life was seeing her live on stage.

Another decent comedic hero gone. All we seem to have left are those who think crudeness and swearing are funny. They're not, they are just embarrassing.
