Sorry to hear that .dove, love and kind thoughts to both of you and Wonky.

Don't worry about too many phone calls, the registrar informs the Pensions, and lots of other places too.

I have passed all my probate work to a Probate Lawyer, quarter of the price of solicitors and very efficient.

Was going to have ago at it myself but turned out to be a bit complicated, for the money they are charging it's well worth it not to have the worry.

Lyn, the difficulty for us is that we can't register the death until after the inquest - phone calls were the quickest way to ensure that over-payments etc don't happen more than is avoidable.

Oh Dove and Wonky. As sad as I am for you, I am so happy for your (grand)mother that she was able to go peacefully. I hope that you treasure your memories and have plenty of giggles at them.

My fairly rubbish day got better when the oil arrived, then worse when a whole crown fell off my tooth.

Had to call Hubby to come home from work to take me to Dentist. ( I'm still not allowed to drive)

At least we've got a toasty house and I can have a bath.
