Evening all. Its Saturday night, gone 23:30 if the wonky clock is to be believed.

I've been at work since 09:30 on Friday morning. My darling scouts didn't go to sleep til midnight last night and the ghost hunters tonight wont be leaving until 02:00. We've a big event tomorrow at T' Moor (Sheffield) with lots of emergency service vehicles and sirens to keep me awake.

Roll on Monday! As much as I enjoy this job I am enjoying the thought of my own bed, and a day spent doing very little.

    Keep safe all!

I think you are all having a sleep in today. Miserable cold day here.

Good morning all image G'day Pat image

Bright and sunny here but frost on the roofs - not in my back garden thank goodness - on the coldest night of the spring I forgot to bring my tomato seedlings indoors - they're still out in the little greenhouse - but I've checked them and they're fine - Phew!!!

Hi Dove. I'm at the same stage in my greenhouse with some seeds to be germinated. The Broccolini are now about 4" high. Each of the trays have fitted lids (Aldi stuff)  with  two little window which slide open/shut, so I take the lids off through the day and put them back on with the vents open in the night.  Seems to be working well so far.

did you manage to find the marauding mouse?
