    G'day all.

Freezing, but sunny here. I think we are now getting winter, so who knows what season is next ?

How can you lie there and think of England

    Morning

Sunny but very chilly today. Old sofas being collected later for reuse by a neighbour so have to hang around. Think I'll do both a plant and food / wine (mainly wine!) order while I'm hanging about then try to sort out the nursery bed a bit. Lots of stuff in there now big enough to plant out.

Wish my seedlings would get a move on though. Had to sow quite late because we were away in March. Germination has been fairly good but further growth has been quite held back by the cold weather we've had last 2 weeks (potting shed is unheated). Down to 1C again last night

Went over to the coast yesterday. Had sun, rain, sleet, hail and snow....

Hope you all have a good day - enjoy whatever you're up to.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

    Morning all.

    Hugs for Dove and family.

Hugs for DD and Charlie too.

Horrid night: not much sleep so heard the rain and hail alternately battering the windows all night long.

Cleaner due at 10, house a mess and Hubby due home this afternoon.

Too tired for words, fed up with the pain in the bleedin' knee. I've had more painkillers since surgery than I've taken in the 12 months leading up to it.

I'M NOT A HAPPY BUNNY, but Lyn, you made me laugh. ( when are you coming round? )

    Devon.

Lack of sleep and pain is a bad combination Hostafan (hugs)  Hope you feel brighter in the afternoon.  I'm a happy bunny just now image as chap who came to do the grass has said he can give me a few hours image so plants will go in and pots will be moved image. It will all be done in half the time it would take me.

Joyce, isn't it lovely to have a man , who not only can, but does?

Hubby has just called and promised he's helping me "in the garden all next week"

    Stonehenge???? I wonder.

As long as I'm out of action for the next few weeks I need  a man (for gardening purposes) image Hope you can get Hosta involved with your rock.

    Morning all.  image

Mum on reasonable form yesterday.  I'm amazed how someone who's lost the ability to hold a cup of tea unaided, can still remember all the words to "You are my sunshine", and clap in time to the music.  image

Glad your Ma is peaceful, Dove.  x

Hope the pain eases soon, Hosta - you got a follow-up appointment soon?

More rain approaching, but it's dry at the moment here - a brief "window" to get a bit done in the garden, I hope.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Poor you Hosta, hope you can find a pain linker that will work

I don't know when I will see you, there seems to be something everyday, certainly this week anyway

Forms, forms and more forms, got a probate only person coming today who can advise me hopefully, certainly not paying solicitors ridiculous fees.

Got to see accountants soon so will combine it with a cuppa, (he's just in the square) so no distance from you.

I have plants here for you that desperately need planting out.

Hope doves mum is peaceful and comfortable, that's the best we can hope for image

    Morning all. Lovely sunny day.

Dog woke me at 6.30am, too early for me, so went back to sleep until 9.

    Gardening today.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
