Hi all Just back from an overnight stay at cousins in Chorley ( wrong side of Pennines ) Doesn't look we have had a lot of rain here but throwing it down on that side, awful journey on M62.

Hi folks. Just in from a therapeutic weeding session.
Had a bit of a tricky week. Mr C had his investigation - turns out his new chest pains were caused by the stent they put in last December blocking up (a rather alarming 98% blockage). So they put another couple of stents in, and now we cross our fingers. Can't quite believe they let him walk round for 4 whole weeks (with 2a&e ambulance admissions in that period) without considering that as a possibility. Working my way back round to positive thinking after a shaky few days. Feel very tired

Hope it works better this time, Chicky. Must be very worrying and mentally draining for you.
I've spent some time today in the GH. Now have about 520 babies potted up, counting the plug plants that I'd already done.
