Yesterday was 10° in the morning and 25° in the afternoon. From what Dove said on Forkers thread it was warmer near Norwich than it was here in Dordogne! But we should be in for some hot weather, not really looking forward to it. Still need rain. Just not on the 20th when I'm having a charity BBQ.

It's very irritating when the forecast changes overnight.  I was planning a really useful day in the garden today but it's been drizzling, or worse, all morning.  Now they're saying it'll be dry by 2pm...

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Sun and 28° so far. Been out looking for electric fence posts for daughter's horse. The whole world is also in Dordogne. Many of them bringing their camping cars and caravans.

  • A balmy 21 here today but supposed to be hotter and still no rain during the coming week. Two huge cruise ships moored outside the harbour - swelled the population by 4 or 5 thousand for the day. 'Twas nice on the beach this afty.

A hot 34 here today, much too hot to do anything outside and still 25 at 11pm.

33° today. A storm tried to happen this evening and failed, a few rumbles and some clouds, no rain. Need rain badly, lawn is brown. Just don't want it to rain on Saturday, my Charity BBQ.

Warm in Wales (25) so followed the shade round and did a general tidy/prune. Lovely to have patio doors open this evening as wafts of Lavender coming in.

My garden and I live in South Wales.
