No pears but four plums and a respectable crop of apples from two trees, two apple trees haven't fruited.
Tomato supports are crippling under the weight of the toms. Most are still green, ever so slow to turn red. I picked a couple of vines, they might fair better on a warm window sill.
Lots of small summer squash, still to small to pick though. Outdoor cues are doing nothing but GH cues are romping away.
Went to the allotment yesterday got lots of digging done at bottom end of plot and harvested a nice cauliflower for dinner only spotted because a butterfly had gone under net again - did move a few caterpillar before to the nettle area
Today sorted out the rest of the path off plot had to cut back the brambles more, shuffle on path to flattern - then moved the big pile of bark from top of plot to new path just off plot - soon to start back on plot again
GWRS amazing pears on your trees and so new
Zoomer great bulb buy, your pumpkin is big mine half the size keep looking at it has got bigger since last week
Hello Giddy123 I did use growveg.co.uk planner same as that one for a few year still get the email of info, was really helpful to start with knowing where to put veg in my new veg area in the garden as I was new to it all
It gives you a rough size of how many plants you need to buy or grow from seed - I think you can have a few more plants for raised beds and the square foot garden planner on it was really helpful started me off doing that and still do it now in raised beds
was an easy to use programme and did highlight where not to plant in the 2nd year when you picked up a vegetable for planning the next year - so not to get same pests and to rotate
I gave up using it cause of cost and started planning on a maths paper booklet using the same format and the veg sheets that I had printed out from the programme from year before to help with my designs, I also use a note book now writing down when I sowed things or planted them which helps
It is a good programme and good you get the first 7 days free to try it out, if you have a printer - this helps with taking the design to the area that you need to plant up as to where to plant the veg/ flowers, useful to get started growing
they could try it out and think there are free veg planners out there now
Grow veg video lots of their videos can be found on youtube

Hi, giddy123, good advise from scroggin and Gg.
It does look a useful tool. Stuff like that wasn't available when I started growing veg in the back garden.
This forum is a useful source of advise. Keeping a diary and making a plan of the plot beds, recording on a map, what is grown where is useful.
I use a 3 yr rotation plan and refer to a few reliable books which help to remind me what can be grown where.
Talking to other plot holders is also a good resource.
Hope this has been helpful giddy123
