I will sow  some more beetroot, spinach then cheat go to garden centre vouchers to use and get little plants of things  for this time of year - don't have any other seeds for this time of year

Will post pics of bench, seat and table when finished  - pallets are good to use to make things

I"ve Choy Sum and Pak Choi - free with a magazine. Radish, carrots and some biennial flowers, although I might be too late in sowing the flowers.

I cheated last weekend with lettuce and kale from the GC but also sowed dwarf kale and chard.

Went to water GH this evening, the ground is looking really dry.

Are you thinking of trying anything different for next year, Aster2.

Not that much, I still have lots of seeds left over from this season. Some new annuals, perhaps (I don't have a garden, so I'm growing flowers on the allotment as well), more potatoes, and perhaps a few different veg varieties - broad beans from autumn sowing and such. And I'm going to grow Gardener's Delight and Sungold tomatoes from seed next year. I'm also thinking of getting two blackberry plants. But the main thing to do now is to improve the soil, that's the limiting factor at the moment. And I need to grow more plants of each vegetable, because the yields on everything except runner beans have been much poorer than I expected.

Hello , went through my seeds last night , nothing to sow at moment image

Aster , have you thought about green manure eg. Clover , mustard , field beans etc to inmprove soil

I have a couple of bare beds and will be putting in green manure on these to over winter image
