The back garden is a bit like Dr Who's tradis, there are three raised beds, two borders, a small lawn and seating area.
It was a tad bit neglected last year. Was going to keep the borders and one raised bed but make it narrower and increase the size of the lawn.
Didn't' get alot done today though as it rained.
Zoomer , sounds like a big project best of luck with it
I have got lots of seed sowing to do! Salads, flowers for the cutting patch, wild flowers and bulbs I 'd better crack on with it oh and also some tomatoes, cucumber and peppers I think! I think that will be this weekends job!!
Hello all
Have I missed Lidl or Aldi fruit trees? I have not seen them yet on websites
Aldi and Asda fruit trees are usually available in October. I'm happy to be wrong but think you may have missed them.
B&Q have fruit trees in at present for £15. Nursery's are more expensive.
Did some potting up today, lettuce, Pak Choi and hardy annual flowers. When can these be planted out!
I've early peas and broad beans ready to go...
Hello , bought some grow bags yesterday from Morrisons , 2 for £5-00 Organic and deeper than others I have seen
They also had chicken pellets £8-00 per tub cheapest I have seen so far , I scatter them on allotment beds and just rake them in
Hoping to do a bit in garden today
What do chicken pellets do exactly, and are they generally good for all plants?
Aldi have got tubs of chicken pellets for £5.99 and Wilkinsons for £5.
Sorry, should have said 'Wilko'!!
