Yesterday done some more on shed build then done some harvesting of potatoes quite a few from 2 rows some no good with holes in from bugs and we did spear a few which we ate last night tasted good, also lot more digging got done of the area where the potatoes were and then covered over with weed matting

Today I spotted some free wood on Gumtree from pallets,  but big pallet board lenghts as well as pallets so went to Portsmouth for the wood had to take lots of nails out and staples got some big planks and small planks also some wood with circle plastic bits in the middle that I may be able to use to put the hose around

AGM tomorrow night first time going to one of those,

We have similar things on notice board, plus names of plot holders, and noticed a poster with pictures of birds likely to be seen locally.

Plot holders can put on anything related to growing, wildlife etc...

  • Thanks on looking at the notice board not much on there for welcome to new plot holders so thinking of doing something my self- cause I would of liked something when I started and did try and ask before in shop and they did not know what I meant - what they offer like the free chippings or a hello note

We have a few notices about the agm, sharpening person but not much,  Zoomer like the sound of the bird poster

Made the cakes taste good more savoury
