Picking a bowl of toms a day, meant to be 30d the next couple of days. Watered at 7, too tired last night, took the dogs on the beach till 8, bit of deadheading, and tiding up.
picked a bowl toms and some apple mint for a pan of small spuds for lunch with chicken ( cold) bit wet to walk on garden. good thing is the bird muck I put on onion bed last week well washed in ground for next year apples look good next few days dig up some more spuds that are dying back .

Picked the first toms this morning "Tigerella". They're not fully ripe yet but the weight of the truss was pulling them down onto the soil.
It's been 'persisting' it down for the past few days

I've put them in the conservatory to ripen for now. It worked last year when I had bowlfuls at the end of the season.
Can't say I'll have the same problem this year.

Hello cut my Lillies right down I known you shoulded but covered in Lilly Bettle lava , they have become a real pest
Killed loads of the little blighters every year but they still come back , probably not bother planting any new one , even thought I like them
