Spent the morning repotting various seedlings and cuttings and potting up a few container plants and propagating the houseleeks. Having a little lunch break before I do some lawn edging and mowing.
Been a busy womble despite having a cold, such a beautiful day it has to be good for you to get out in it!
Went to garden centre in the rain yesterday and got 5 Rudbeckia and 5 verbena lollypop, planted out after arranging where I wanted them along with lupins and hollyhocks that I raised from seed last year. Moved sweet peas into plastic green house thing and next lot of seeds are now on windowsill in kitchen. Greenhouse thing tidied and rearranged. Crab apple golden hornet bought from garden centre and planted in bird corner, everything been fertilized and horse mucked and watered in. Phew....toad in the hole on its way what a lovely day! hope you all had as much fun as I did!
Carried on digging out/pulling out and swearing at the Spanish things ...... then sat and had a mug of coffee watching the ants ......... it's freezing here Then carried on weeding for a bit tho' not really that much to do. Tidied up all the poppies and the geums and planted the tulip bulbs I'd found in the cat food cupboard this morning Must admit I'd been trying to remember all week where I'd planted them and wondering why they hadn't appeared
Hi Hollie today has been very therapeutic we have had lovely weather especially in the morning, actually had first coffee in dressing gown in the garden! Breeze got up player in the day but still just jumper weather feeling much better thanks,

Lovely weather for gardening today
Hard frost here. But a bright sunny day . Put lots in the borders . sown some back up veg and flowers . Garden taking shape
Finished sorting out g/h and put up temporary staging for o/h to do more seeds
I also potted up 2 self Seeded holly trees into pots plus Hebbe which I bought at g/c
This afternoon have been to allotment
