Bought some oxalis bulbs and a pot of basil since my seedlings have disappeared. (Looking suspiciously at cat, since out of reach of dogs.)

Got a 3 litre rose little rambler and a packet of cupani sweet peas for ??6. image

Been looking for little rambler for years in the garden centres and always wanted to grow cupani. Sweet peas are so easy, everyone should have them.
  • Finished bark mulching the hedge border. Really should have worn gloves, my poor wee nails image

Coreopsis Verticillata arrived today, had to find space in the half-dead poly cold frame. Hoping it survives a few more weeks until the wooden cold frame arrives. I think I'm finally done buying plants for the year. image

Busy morning before the rain came.

Planted out digitalis purpurea gloxinoides, Patty's plum and Princess Victoria Louise poppies, brunnera Jack Frost, Pulmonaria raspberry splash.

Also replanted some bluebells that were lifted when I had a path laid in the back garden.

Put some more sweet peas in toilet rolls again in g/h , only 3 grew from a few I tried in January , hopefully these will do better

Planted out rest of Lupins and euphorbia fillers

found some vine weevil grubs in sedum image so popped off to GC for treatments and more slug grit as it's working really well

Had a sneeky peek for Verbascums and Echinacea but none yet...thus didn't buy a single plant as I no longer have any room!image
