    When OH voiced an objection to my using the breakfast room table to lay seed trays on, I suggested he pays to heat the entire polytunnel and I could leave them up there. 

    Table it is then.

    Theres about enough seedlings there to fill two gardens over again.

    jimmy, You should take a look at the hardy tropical group on " a well known social media " site. 

    Folk have bananas 2m tall and palm trees in the sitting room all winter.

    Finally succumbed to the plants calling 'plant me, plant me' and put out clematis Nelly Moser and Hagley Hybrid.  

    Hoping it's not too early but I can hear the rest of the plants softly demanding to be put out too....

    Pruned out a overgrown honeysuckle that had grown through a Cornus Alba shrub

    Planted a clematis justa up a new obelisk

    Divided perennial phlox

    Started to apply a soluable feed to all my clematis
