Planted some new stuff today and rearranged some things to fit, just need to move a couple of globe thistles, not a job for today. Split up a chive chunk and replanted here and there.
Moved two dozen breezeblocks from the back to the front as getting them removed tomorrow. Found them in the garden when I moved in.
Sowed some more seeds, night phlox, helenium and some other things and chased up a plant order with a nursery I haven't used before. Turned out my payment details had gone missing on their new system and they hadn't got around to letting me know The mail order dept person also read out my order like they'd never heard of the plants before...hmmm...time will tell
Oh, also changed the flutter butter jar. We're now on buggy flavour.
Hubby has had his first day off work for 13 days , so no gardening for me today. Thought I ought to keep him company. We did manage a trip to GC together.
Today I've dug up and split my Geranium Rozanne - it's now in three pots and one has Wonky's name on it. I've also sown three varieties of tomato, two varieties of cosmos and one of Centranthus ruber 'albus'.
I still ache from yesterday's gardening
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
