Once upon a time you sent a hand made message anonymously to someone you liked. None of this expensive rubbish which is promoted these days. And why should I tell my loved one how I feel on just one day in the year when I tell her every day?

My toe is because I had to have my big toe nail removed as it was so badly damaged by dropping something on it a while back. Hope if heals soon as the garden is definitely getting away from us at present.

    Ouch Berghill.

    Morning all.

Our last day here, staying with friends on the Kent coast before going back to France by the Tunnel. Staying with son tomorrow.

We don't do Valentine's day and my OH tells me everyday  too.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
  • Toast and egg looks yummy Dove, if there's any going spare, I'd love a some please. But with tea if that's ok image

Ouch Berghillimage. Hope it mends quickly.

Going to venture out into my patch today as its the first weekend day this year that its not waterlogged or frozen (or at least it seems that way).  Have so much to do I don't know where to start, so I think I will just get stuck in to the first bit that catches my eyeimage.  Definitely need to move my tulip pots to safety, as I can see lots of green shoots that the deer will munch if they find themimage

Also going to start my first windowsill of seeds off too ...rudbeckia, echinacia, scabious and (new to me) cephalariaimage
