Stream has flooded for the first time this winter [ which given the weather, is probably very surprising. ] Luckily still a long way from house, so fingers crossed.
I don't actually mind feeling so poorly at the moment, as at least I don't feel as though I am wasting valuable outside time.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
Its windy here, (S.E) but on the beach with the dogs as usual this morning, it was gorgeous, windy yes, but brilliant blue sky, and sunny, then it clouded over and I saw the most unusual rainbow, it was just in the rays of the sun, tiny, not the normal arch.
Completely off topic for the gardening world but can anyone tell me how much the average 5 / 6 year old should way? I'm trying google but its getting me so very lost.
Only my fire fighting kit weighs 27kg and I'm quietly convinced that a 6 year old surely can't be much more than that.
Dodgy wrist a little better - new (larger) mouse purchased which will hopefully help. It caused me to accidentally wave the 'bad weather' wand in Verd's direction. Sorry Verd Hope everyone down south is ok though.
No chance of reading everything you've all been doing - so I'm not really going to try!
Have looked at Forkers a bit though.
DD - I can't say much more than what's been said, but I'm sending you a massive hug too x
Clari - as we say up here - you're boss needs his a*** felt.
27kg is just over 4 stone. Mine were lighter than that, but they're tiny little fairy people so perhaps not a good comparison...
doc - glad you're on the mend
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Still raining hard here: even the hound wont go outside! (We've had him a year now!!)
