  • You should definitely keep posting your pictures Pat!!!  They're fascinating image

I've just had a long hot shower with the 'massage' function directed on my neck and shoulder - that's eased it a bit more image

OH is at home today so I can call on him to do reaching stretching things for me (like fastening bra and hanging out the washing ... not both at the same time image) so I can take it easy image

    Morning all.

Glad your neck is feeling a bit better, Dove.

That's a pretty bird, Pat. When you first mentioned skinks I thought they were something cute and furry so I looked them up. That was a surprise!

    Welcome home the Fidgets.

Plan this afternoon is to do some rose pruning.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I'm relieved and glad that my photos are acceptable. And, Lizzie, did you look up Cunninghams Skinks or Skinks in general?  Mum is much larger than the two new ones, and Hubby thinks he heard it hiss when he was putting carrot down for her, but I think it was a friendly hiss.  My ears aren't up to that refinement.image

I always love your pictures too Patimage.  Your next challenge is to get one of the babies with the mumimage.  Lizzie perhaps the name is too close to skunks to think of lizardsimage.

GWRS The Night Manager is compelling viewingimage.  Enjoy your walk.

Fidget I'd love to see some of your diving photos when you've had a chance to settle back inimage.

Glad you've got help with the fiddly bits today Diveimage.

    Back to the h....w..kimage.

Thanks Lesley. Not only for liking my photos, but for setting me a challenge of getting the three of them together long enough for my finger to click.image

I'm starting to get tired now and it's only 10.30 pm. Maybe an early night coming up.image

PAT,do you get blue tongued skinks as well as the cunningham skinks?  I have read that the cunningham skink is becoming rare, do the powers what be know you have a colony?

Washer is on. Underfloor heating for bathroom has been turned on, the tiled floor seems cold compared to what we have become used to.

I got on the scales. I have put on  7 pounds, hubby has lost two and a half. He was the one who had six scoops of ice cream on the last day. I should point out he didnt ask for it, there was a misinterpetation by the waitress.

I watched the first episode of the night manager on catch up. I can see why he is being touted for the new James Bond.
