Sowed some seeds this afternoon, in electric propagators.
I don't know that the French have the same tastes. I like doughy bread that you can cut in big slices and spread Marmite or Marmalade on. The French around here like baguettes with crust that rips their gums and are full of holes inside so you can't spread anything. But they aren't keen on Marmite or Marmalade.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
KEF - congratulations on your coming event - it's worth it.
Rb you made me laugh with your car story but I bet it took you hours to stop shaking at the time. (Hugs) for then. Good for you to carry on. I had a 'moment' when son was 6 weeks old and someone ran into the back of me at a junction. All fine, but it's b awful at the time. Seat belts and child seats seem like a good idea to me. I remember sitting on a Quality Street tin in the back of the car so I coukd see out of the window..
Wonky - try not to let the driving slip - the more you can do the more confident you'll feel
GWRS - do you start to wonder when you found the time to go to work
Lily I'm sure you will have filled Poppet's wardrobe with your knitting but they grow
Crusty baguettes - what were they thinking BL?.....
I like a nice bloomer myself, but just butter on it. Never really buy them though.
Lesley - I just need a cushion in my car I miss the high seat in my jeep...and the fact that the seats were heated
Goulash here for dinner. Bit wishy washy though. Youngest fairy prepped it while I was at work. Think she added a bit too much liquid and it's never as good in the slow cooker either. Oh well - it was tasty enough!
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Lizzie I absolutely love crusty baguettes and the ilk. I also know that a jam butty doesn't taste the same without an area to spread it on
Runny -
sorry - I'm easily confused
Dinner Wonky? Stir fry.
I'd better get on with this knitting now - your jumper won't knit itself you know
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

Evening everyone. I hope you all had a good day.
Rb you've had more adventures than me
and we're still alive (and our babies)
. Quality Street tins were a lot bigger in the olden days
.
Lily, my Mum didn't knit (she bought us very practical stuff) but my aunties did and I loved the little cardies and pram blankets that they gave us.
I've got a window full of seedlings
but nowhere to move them to
. Every year's the same
