It's doing it again. Let's see who is hidden since Runny at 11.35

  • No one Pat - I've been spring cleaning our bedroom image and I've run out of bin bags ... to be honest, I'd run out of them before I started on this job - next time I go to the shops can someone remind me that I need bin bags?

You're welcome to some of our rain Pat. ( Morning by the way ) Hubby was talking to a chap earlier, late 60s, Devon born and bred, lived here all his life and said he's never known a winter where it just rained and rained and rained.

I want to get stuff dug up , but the ground is so waterlogged , I daren't walk on it.

    1000 messages already Dove.image

Ask him about the one not so long ago when it rained through the winter for 100 days without stopping.  Can't remember if it was 99 or 2000. It was always warm and wet around that time, this is nothing new here.

  • Evening all, it's a practically balmy 4c up here today. Sunny though, so thats a nice change. Order arrived from Crocus today. Box was soaked and leaking compost. Container inside was upside down. Surpisingly, everything seems to be undamaged. image

  • Afternoon everyone.

What a beautiful sunny crisp day today. The sun is still shining now giving a lovely golden glow through the trees.

Had a lovely lunch and chat with friend, met at 10 30, cups of tea, coffee, lunch etc before we knew it , it was just gone 3 image Ooops then a quick dash to a well known chemist and then straight home.image

Will now have another cuppa and mooch on here image

Still, I've got up with the alarm at 8 even though I feel like a washed out old rag.

Persevere - I'm sure you'll get there. My poor sleep pattern had a reason which I won't go into, but it's gradually improving. I still have the odd bad night - Saturday for instance - but I  get enough each night most of the time now. Definitely trying the getting up at the same time thing, and going to bed at the same time each night if you can. It's horrible when it becomes a vicious circle  image

It's been lovely here today - pity I had to work. Already down to about 2 or 3 degrees so I think I'll cover the windscreen.

Has anyone seen doc? Have I missed him somewhere?

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
