    Morning all.

Lovely sunny morning here with virtually no wind.

Wish I felt sunny to go with it. Awake until 4.30am. Still, I've got up with the alarm at 8 even though I feel like a washed out old rag.

Hostas again today with a visit to Waitrose to  " keep them in the loop"

    Devon.

Keep at it Hosta image  (but you were on here until late  image ... if you're having sleep problems you shouldn't look at screens for a couple of hours before you go to bed - think the science is that the quality of light from LED screens etc is like daylight and you brain thinks it's day not night so the brain doesn't release its sleep hormone (melatonin) .

Sounds good ... but don't noodle on the board if you can't get to sleep - you're sending your brain mixed messages imageimage
