DD, too late! Had already left. I love hot cross buns too, some are in the freezer from our last trip.
Got the shower head, fertiliser, screws for OH, bayonet light bulbs etc. Decided to go to the Chinese buffet, eat as much as you like, place , I will never lose weight at this rate!
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Afternoon all, busy day today, out with friend to Ironbridge lots of cake, tea and gossip. Came back and popped into Ashwoods but wasn't tempted by anything. Lovely and sunny but a cold wind. Back in the warm now and catching up on TV.
I learnt to drive whilst pregnant with secondborn and my first solo drive was through the centre of Birmingham at rush hour to visit brother in hospital who had been in an accident at work. Talk about trial by fire.
Loving the driving stories! Makes me feel a little less petrified! Don't think the baby will land in the foot well Runny, but only cuz I don't have a baby!....at least your breaking was sharp! Hosta, my hubby passed when he was 42, he was still nervous to go out alone for a week I went with him...what use I was I'm not sure!
Think someone should set up a British bakers in France... We have their nice patisseries, maybe we should give France a 'Gregs'..... Specialist in crumpets, hot cross buns, Eccles cakes and Cornish pasties...ex pat booming business!
I've just threatened Dove that if she keeps describing these Delicious dinners, I will have to move back in, and now I can drive, I can make good on my promise!

Another productive day splitting hostas in tunnel. Millions to go it seems. I've not even started on those in the ground.
