My red onions do not get the chance to keep as well as the golden ones as I just love them so they always get eaten first!  Another lovely sunny day has dawned. dry and calm.  No sign of rain for the next five days!  I am expecting my deivery from SGC today so will be planting bulbs later.

Yes, Verdun.  I have ordered Gaillardia "Arizona Sun", Erigeron "Azure Beauty", Allium "Purple Sensation","2x Iris danfordiae, and Anemone coronaria "Hollandia" .  Keep me busy.  Need to order fresh compost as time to plant up tulips into pots is coming near and I am running out.

My latest delivery has arrived from SGC.  One Gaillardia "Arizona  Sun" bloom is fully open and six more buds at least to come so it too will go into a bigger pot and the conservatory til Iimageimage have had all the flowers in bloom.

Another superb gardening day. sunny warm and no wind .  75 cyclamen corms and daffodil bulbs planted.  Just camassias and tulips to do now,  Time for lunch soon.  Next four or five days to be similar according to our forecast.  If Crocus keep to their within four weeks for delivery promise.  Looking forward to that.

Weather is the same here Marion.  I've been weeding before planting out Sweet William. The soil is warm so ideal for planting.
