Cooler today in Bristol and cloudy.  Watering in the conservatory this morning I decided some reorganisation is needed so may confine myself mainly indoors today especially after being caught in a hailstorm yesterday.  The forecast is for heavy showers this afternoon.

And you Snow and GWRS and all the faithful that are lucky to have good enough weather!  Snow epimedIums love shade  and benefit from trimming off the old leaves so you can appreciate the lovely flowers.  The yellow flowered corydalis grows like a weed in all the gardens round here - especially at the foot of housewalls.  It seems to be abe to seed into all available cracks.

Snow, I'm waiting for my Sanguinaria to appear too - it's beautiful, isn't it - though the flowers don't last long for me.

Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Another dry warm day forecast and the sun is out already so expect to get lots done outside today.  Next week promises to be good growing weather too with higher temperatures and a bit of rain. Very promising.

You too GWRS.  The best laid schemes o- mice and Marion gang aft agley however.  Before I got to  go potato planting the courier arrived with my pelargonium plug plants from Jersey Plants so had to get potting up.  It took me a whole hour to pot up 72 plugs, water them and carry them into the conservatory.  I gave them a granny from last year for company and encouragement.  They look happy after their exciting voyage.

Thanks for the info on tulips Marion. Your friends tulips are stunning.

That's a lot of pelargoniums Marion! Are they all going in your garden?
