Last of the fine warm sunny days today . so glad as my eldest daughter is visiting from N. Ireland and my eldest son and my grand-daughter are joining us for lunch. I have deadheaded early in case the judges come but wil probably have to put off the watering till later. I did quite a bit late last night though. Make the most of the rest of this summery weather as it is nor forecast to last.
Yes Flumpy a very happy day yesterday with four visitors who all loved my front garden display. Another fine day today but high winds forecast for Saturday with a yellow warning from the Met. Office for Bristol so i took some pics while I can.
At last we have some rain - quite heavy at the moment but due to move east soon and get windy. I swer i can her the garden purring. Me too- no watering today and hopes of replenishing the water butts.
