I hope every garden that needs it is getting it today.  Mine is very damp already but it is dry now and sunny so it looks like one of those on - off days.  Better take my umbrella with me .  I think i will weed from the paths today, No watering needed except in the conservatory.

I am lucky I just have to go out the back door to my garden GWRS so I am popping out doing small jobs in between the showers.  I enjoy a day of pottering now and again.  One job leads to another.

Managing to get potting up done bit by bit.  First pot of sweet peas done and more of my pelargoniums.  My freesias are delighting me with their perfume in the kitchen.

Rain forecast for Bristol for the afternoon so keen to get some more potting up done.  Emptied two big pots of tulip bulbs yesterday , changed the compost and planted two lots of sweet peas in their place up wigwams.  I will try to do the same this morning as the sweet peas are elongating at an amazing rate.  I sowed four packets all freebies so have enough for about eight big pots.  I am about a quarter of the way down one side of the driveway now and the conservatory is not quite so crowded.  Sunflowers needing done plus about 50 pelargoniums and a hundred or so French marigolds.  The aoniums are all out now so will take cuttings to sell for charity when they are growing well.
