Good to hear from you, flowers. I treated myself to some flowers from the garden this morning and included my bird poster from RSPB as it is Bird watch weekend and put them in my Bristol Blue vases. I will get myself a bunch of snowdrops later to scent the kitchen.
I found the wind had blown two of my Iris unguilaris flowers down into the mud so I rescued them and put them with my hellebore heads and discovered their beautiful perfume in doing so. They are now beneath my reading lamp where the heat will bring out the perfume. This perfumed gardening lark does tend to make one a bit hedonistic.
Once again lovely photos, your home must smell gorgeous Marion.
My garden is taking a bit of a battering at the moment, just wish this wind would drop a bit. Even the birds aren't too keen on it....very quiet around their feeding station, might have ago at another hour of Bird Watching tomorrow. Often the way though, spend an hour watching nothing much then later they all turn up to feast!!
well we've had snow, rain, sleet and strong winds here ho and thunder and lightening , hope it calms down tomorrow, I really can't get started in our garden because of the weather.
Milder morning but dark and drizzly. I have family visiting so must cook this morning anyway. I have my first blue primula from my bargain basement plug plants open this morning so will take its pic later.
