I had a lovely Xmas dinner with a Ladies Church Group down in the centre of Bristol today.  The sun shone too.  My eldest son has to work Xmas day so he is coming tonight for his Xmas visit.

I think this may be the best £6.38 I have ever spent, bought from ebay.  I have some of the plants in the comprehensive lists of suitable plants.

Green wheeliebin just been emptied so i may get out and tackle the ivy that is threatening to crawl all over my miles of paths.  If I push it down well in the bin I should get a great deal in.  Good gardening weather today - mild and dry.

The Alpine book should give you plenty of ideas, Marion.

Everything is too damp here to do any gardening.
