That's what I do too Supernoodle then I get an email when someone replies
A couple of nice reds for Hostafan today and one for Grandma
James Marsh, quite an old variety but still lovely nice velvety texture to the petals.
Both pictures above are of one sent to me as 'Lips of Fire' I've been told by the breeder though that it isn't correctly named but whatever it is its gorgeous
Aaaah I've seen pictures of Chicago Apache Hostafan but its not one I have, lovely red
A few more of my seedlings today these were grown from seed sent to me by my friend in the Azores, all from the same cross, the reason for the very long names are because its a seedling crossed with another seedling so each set of names in brackets are each plant, if that makes sense
All the seedlings from this cross are lovely and all have diamond dusting, a glittery coating some daylilies have that make them glitter in the sun, doesn't show to well on photo's except maybe a little on the first one.
(Magic of Oz x Ottis Leonard) x (Summer Star x Heavenly Curls)
I'm having a moment!! those seedlings, first bracket should be Memories of Oz not Magic , too many with similar names, the last picture is Magic of Oz though
Kathy I don't know how you remember all the names, you have so many and the name are similar as well as weird and wonderful names, love the flowers but really love the colouring on the last flower.

Pink Enchilada for Grandma
love those dark ones . They'd fit in with my dark, jungly , tropical bed.
I have Stafford which I know is common as muck. I've bought another 2 reds. I'll check out the labels and let you know.
Yes supernoodle, that is what I was doing, but a smiley would perhaps have been better so I wouldn't have to explain!
Hostafan, i want to get an email when there is a new post, and this is the only way I know to do it.
Alan, I'd rather not have email reminders . I found my in box was full of them, so I unsubscribed from reminders.
Stunning flowers Kathy, love the colour on the first and third one.xx
kathy, one of those I bought earlier this year was chicago apache. It's fab.
Must find out the other one. I must have an invoice somewhere
Thanks Lorna
