    Hi WonkyWomble,

Forget about that Coreopsis dull plant and start a crop of Velcro in your garden right away. For advice see http://www.umbachconsulting.com/miscellany/velcro.html image

I answered an id question and (for once)got the Buddleja correct. (Silver Anniversary) Then remembered  buying one. It took me two hours of searching to find it in the garden. Does that count as plantaholicism?

    PS. Hate Velcro any way.

I have to admit, I use my mum's garden as a giant stock bed for my hypothetical future garden (things that I don't have the right spot for in my rented house's garden). She thinks I'm being generous when I bring round these unusual perennials etc, but it's entirely selfishly motivated.... She would probably prefer bedding plants than things like Cephalaria gigantea, which rear up like monsters at the back of her patch...

    I guess I have a problem.

WonkyWomble, was the velcro for holding the plants together, then? Just done a bit of dead heading, and tidying, now its cooler.

Haha love it WildB! Think Dove would have an issue if I did the same! image very resourceful of you I'd say! As well as considerateconsiderate! All plants have a life after us anyhow! As long as someone looks after them a little, so really your just taking ya mothers cast offs! image

The Velcro was for the mosquito nets Nanny, live in a two story massionette (old town house split in two flats) although our entrance is on the ground level, our two living floors are the second and third level. And basically we have a very pretty, very stupid, very outside loving cat that is extremely hot wearing her long fur coat! Now there is a net at every window and Harrie puss hasn't gone roof walking so everyone's a winner! image

Morning, everyone, outside at 6a.m. pyjama gardening as usual, while its cool!! Is it, 19 overnight in the conservatory alone. Went to bed at 12.00 (having fallen asleep on the sofa, had about 1 hours sleep after my night shift on Monday) big rain drops on conservatory roof, lasted all of 20 seconds, someone is taking the micky! WonkyWomble we had a persian, lost her 9 years ago, the most gorgeous friendly laid back cat I ever had, youngest Daughter dressed her and she laid on her back in dolls pram, she loved the sun, as did my long haired Border collie at the same time, I guess their extreme hersuitness kept them cool.  Hubby wont let me have another (cat) longest I have been catless since I was born.
