I spent all day trying to get rid of a buddliea - we got as far as cutting it down to twelve inches and digging around it but I need the help of brushwood killer so i have ordered some to arrive in the next few days hopefully

At home- I have been encouraging my seedlings image

starting splitting and re-potting agapanthus and lined one of my new planters.

Had to break one of the "pot bellied pots" but rescued the 2 big ones.

A cold frame or cold GH would be suitable now, they won't need keeping warm.image

I went out to carry on pruning clems but the northerly wind was so bitter I retreated back indoors and did dance club admin.   Sowed lots of leafy stuff yesterday and hope to sow toms and chillies indoors tomorrow but will save pruning the rest of the clems and roses till that wind dies or changes direction to something a bit more friendly.

Going to prune grasses/bamboo and tidy up the soft fruit bed, then check out the greenhouse.
